This web site was developed to make it easier for UGL dealers to place orders at anytime and anyplace a computer is accessible. UGL is continually trying to make the order process quick and easy for our dealers. Below are some quick tips on how to get started and how to make ordering easier than ever. Getting Started First, use your customer number and create a password to enter the home page. Once you have done that, there are a number of ways to get where you want to go. Using the Search You can search by product name – simply enter the full product name You can search by product number – simply enter the product number You can search by product group – simply enter the trade name (i.e. ZAR, DRYLOK, etc.) Using the Product Category Buttons on the right You can easily click on the product category your product is located on and navigate from item to item. Placing an Order After you have decided on the best way to choose your items and have found those items you would like to purchase, simply choose the color and sheen where applicable, next the quantity (remember quantity is in cases) and click "add to chart". If this is an item that you frequently purchase, click the "add to favorites" to make ordering even easier the next time. Quick Order Going to Quick Order is the easiest way to place an order if you know the product order numbers. Simply go to Quick Order, enter order number and quantity. When you are finishes, click "add to chart" to place your order. Remember quantity is in cases. Ordering from Favorites Once you have established your favorites, you can simply go into "My Account" and see all the items you have added to your favorites, select your sheen and/or color where applicable, select quantity and add to cart. Checking Your Order Once you have placed items in your cart, a tally of what is currently in your cart will popup in the corner of your screen, at this point you can continue to shop or go to your cart. If you choose to go to your cart, you can view all items, color choices, sheen choices and quantities. You can change quantities and delete or add products from this screen, you can now continue shopping or you can checkout. If you choose checkout, this screen will tally your order and let you know if you qualify for free shipping, based on UGL’s order policies (see "Policies" for more information). Once you have completed your order and submitted to UGL, you will get e-mail verification of receipt. Also, at this point, you will be able to add notes, P.O. numbers and special shipping instructions to UGL order processing department. Specials Don’t forget to view the specials listed in the "Specials" section of the site. Here you will be able to add items to your order at special low prices or a combination of items for a great seasonal buy.
